Our Partners

Partnership arrangements have been explored and concluded with public and private entities with related mandates and operations. These include:


An Implementation and Partnership Protocol concluded between the DPSA and the PIC to support investment into the housing finance access service.


Human Settlements FLISP policy revised to align with GEHS and enable uptake of the subsidy for qualifying employees.

The Government Employees Housing Scheme (GEHS) has partnered with SA Home Loans to provide home finance to government employees. This is made possible by partnership between the DPSA, PIC, GEPF and SA Home Loans. Special home finance opportunities are now available to government employees.

An Implementation and Partnership Protocol concluded between the DPSA and the Rural Housing Loan Fund, ITHALA (KZN) and RISIMA (Limpopo) to support the GEHS housing finance access service in rural areas.

Negotiations with Commercial banks to review and streamline lending practices in line with GEHS objectives.
